A man planted a rose and watered it faithfully and before it blossomed, he examined it. He saw the bud that would soon blossom, but noticed thorns upon the stem and he thought, “How can any beautiful flower come from a plant burdened with so many sharp thorns?” saddened by this thought, he neglected to water the rose, and just before it was ready to bloom, it died. So it is with us. Within every soul there is a rose, the God-like qualities planted at birth, grow amid the thorns of our faults. We never realize our potential. Some people do not see the rose within themselves; someone else must how it to them. One of the greatest gifts a person can posses is to be able to reach past the thorns of another, and find the rose in them.
Love can not return unless you give it. People who love each other can continue to give and take action of love with more power than they invest. We can conclude that the word ‘eternity’ can only be formed through love.

After reading this, I look back my past and got the answer of what happened to me this summer because I did not do above mentioned thing.
So, before it is too late, start now and here.

the 20th and 21st century

The other day, I read this wonder article which made me think myself deeper in my life. So, I thought of sharing with you.
The 20th century was the age of introspection, when self-help and therapy cultural encouraged us to believe that the best way to understand who we are and how to live was to look inside ourselves. But it left us gazing at our own navels.

The 21st century should become the age of empathy, when we discover ourselves not simply through self-reflection, but by becoming interested in the lives of others. We need empathy to create a new kind of revolution. Not an old- fashioned revolution built on new laws, institution or policies, but a radical revolution in human relationship.
